Conduct studies to understand users’ mental models, behaviour, language & needs.
Uncover business requirements and needs.
Development of some benchmark studies for different kinds of projects.
Analyse systems and review analytics to identify usability issues and elaborate requirements.

Test all aspects of human-product interaction and provide both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for business, designers and developers.

Responsible for setting up and managing marketing campaign setups to ensure streamlined execution of our advertiser and publisher ad delivery.
Supported account managers based in 10+ local offices for Large Customers in the EMEA region.
Programmatic ad delivery, from setting up ad tags to optimization of advertiser accounts (e.g. avoiding cannibalizing between campaigns, targeting best audiences, choosing best-performing environments, segmenting users).
